[考研资讯] 浙江大学微电子与光电子研究所招生信息

浙江大学微电子与光电子研究所GRAPHENE微纳机电系统招收研究生、博士、博士后若干名,欢迎物理、微电子、材料、光学等专业学生报名。


徐杨博士,浙江大学求是青年学者,研究生导师,美国伊利洛伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(UIUC,University of Illinois at Urbana and Champaign)电子工程系博士,清华大学电子工程系微电子学与固体电子学学士。
目前主要从事石墨烯和硅微纳机电系统研究。近3年内以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文数十篇,其中Nano Letters (1 篇,影响因子:12.18),Appl.Phys.Lett.(4篇,影响因子:3.82), Phys.Rev.B (2篇,影响因子 3.77), Nanotechnology (1篇,影响因子:3.64),Nanoscale Research Letters (2 篇,影响因子:2.56),发表在国外召开的国际学术会议二十多篇,其中一篇合作的学术论文被评为年度最佳会议论文(IEEE Nano 2009)。
现负责多项研究基金项目,包括:国家青年自然科学基金;浙江大学优秀青年教师“紫金计划”的重点基金;教育部博士点新教师基金;“十二五规划”GF******基金。并获得中央高校基本科研资助青年研究创新项目;浙江大学信息学部青年骨干教师资助;浙江大学科研启动项目等资助。曾参与美国国家科学基金,美国卫生部NIH(National Institutes of Health);美国国防部DARPA(Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency);美国海军军方(Office of Naval Research)基础科学研究项目。



受邀承担国际学术期刊的审稿服务,包括:Physical Review Letters,Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology, Material Research Society Bulletin, Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group), Nano Letters等。

近两年内,已培养多名优秀毕业生去美国名校全奖留学深造,其中包括: 美国麻省理工大学(MIT,Massachusetts Institute of Technology);美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis, University of California at Davis);美国南加州大学(USC, University of Southern California)等。

学生参加在国外召开的国际学术会议:
闫社平和高海源同学参加了美国物理协会(American Institute of Physics, AIP)在韩国首尔(Seoul, Korea)主办召开的“The 30th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductor(ICPS)”国际会议(July 25th – 30th, 2010), 并分别在大会上宣读了各自的科研文章。
工作研究领域 My research interests include modeling, multiphysics analysis, and fabrication of nano-/ microelectromechanical systems (NEMS/MEMS), bio-sensors, nanoelectronic devices, and nanomaterials. Current research projects are focused on electronic, mechanical, and thermal properties of graphene/graphane/graphene oxide, nanotubes, nanowires, and silicon NEMS devices.
